Book party cake

Eleven sweet ways to write "book"

Here's yet another way to work calligraphy into your life.  Refreshments at the recent party to launch my new book Learn World Calligraphy featured a great chocolate cake; when I was asked for suggestions on decorating it I found translations for "book" into eleven languages.  See if you recognize Georgian, Armenian, Arabic, Greek, Hebrew, Cyrillic, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Devanagari.  You can learn how to write them all in the new book, of course.  And the cake was delicious.  (Kudos to Susan Pravda for finding a multi-lingual frosting artist!)
